The Café:
Located in Chicago’s historic Bronzeville area. The café has a lofty feel and cozy atmosphere. Featuring hardwood floors, exposed brick and an array of art work from local artist. This intimate café space lends itself to your function. (You are free to bring in your own vendors or we can recommend a preferred list).

Available Rental Space:
- 1000 sq. ft.

Maximum Capacity:
- 25-35 Seated
- 35-45 Standing and Seating

Rental Fees:
- $100.00 per hour for café level / $150 per hour for café and lower level
- $40.00 per half hour (if additional time is needed)

Cleaning Fees:
- $25.00

Café Rental Includes:
-Main Café Area
- Kitchen and counter areas
- A limited number of tables and chairs, and highboys
- Ice Cooler and trash bins
-TV Satellite Radio

If needed, a bartender can be provided at an additional $20 per hour.

You must pay for all of the time used at the café, including set-up and tear-down. This sample timeline has accounted for minimal set-up and tear-down, but if more time is needed, it will be billed at an hourly rate.

There is a $200.00 REFUNDABLE deposit due in advance at the time of contract signing.

Guidelines:
- The sale of alcohol is not permitted.
- Live music and disc jockeys must be cleared with the café in advance.
- NO confetti, nails, tacks or tape of any kind is permitted for decorating
